Dr. Frances S. Douglas is the Founder and Overseer of True Deliverance Temple. She established True Deliverance Temple in 1974 with a small group of teenagers and young adults. She was born and raised in West Virginia and accepted Christ at the age of 12. After suffering from grand mal seizures for 13 years she was miraculously healed and has been delivered for over 60 years. Her book "Only Believe" tells of this amazing journey. Dr. Douglas received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Christian Fellowship Educational Bible College in 1999. Her forever statement is "Prayer changes things."
Pastor Sonia Paulette Badger is a graduate of Niagara University with a BS degree in Business Administration and a Teacher's Certification. She also holds a certification in the Elijah House School of Counseling. She has 48+ years of ministry, preaching, teaching, leadership training and counseling. She founded Healing Issues of the Heart - a therapeutic approach to resolving matters of the heart utilizing biblical principles. She holds small group sessions as well as individual sessions facilitating conferences in the church as well as training in the marketplace. Pastor Badger believes "We are better together."
She was married to the late Elder Kenneth Badger just 2 months shy of 43 years. Together they have 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren.
